What are the shipping rates?

We ship our products with great care and respect, so they arrive in perfect condition. These are our shipping rates, with free shipping available for orders over a certain minimum amount:

 

  • Spain: €4
    -Free shipping in Spain on orders over €70)

       -International shipping costs are calculated at checkout

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to help you.

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

  • To request a return, please write to us at conecta@terrabiocosmetics.com with your order number and the reason.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of error or defective product.
